If your entity is registered as a Corporation, Limited Liability Company, Professional Corporation, Professional LLC, Limited Liability Partnership, New Hampshire Investment Trust, Consumer Cooperative, Cooperative Marketing and Rural Electrification Association, you need to file a report and pay a fee annually.
To file your Annual Report online, go to http://www.sos.nh.gov/corporate/annualreport/ and follow the easy step-by-step instructions. You will need your Business ID #. You should have received an email reminder around the end of December with your business ID #, but can also get your account history and business ID # by logging into the link above, which contains a business look-up link to find your company information. For your convenience, fees may be paid using a MasterCard or Visa credit card.
Upon successful filing, print a copy of your completed Annual Report and the related invoice for your records.
