Mission and Goals

Accounting, bookkeeping and taxes are what we do best. By partnering with Seacoast Accountability, you are relieved of the burden of financial reporting, which gives you the time to do what you are best at, building your business….

Our Mission:
To minimize year end accounting costs, to give clients back the time they need to run and grow their business, and to provide complete and accurate tax returns that can stand up to an audit.

Our Goal:
To provide confidential, accurate, and meaningful financial information you need, when you need it, so you can make informed management decisions.  To provide a custom, tailored plan that provides strategies to improve your particular reporting and tax situation.

Custom Services:
We offer personalized services, not a cookie cutter approach. You determine the scope and frequency of the services that you need.  Results and strategies are explained in terms you can understand.

One time services are available:

  • to help you determine if your current bookkeeping technique is properly recording financial transactions in the proper accounts and statements
  • to determine the level of detail needed to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow effectively
  • to provide “clean up” of financial information for income tax reporting purposes
  • to prepare your tax return, and to review prior year tax returns verifying that you captured all the deductions you were entitled to

Perhaps you don’t require a full-time bookkeeper, but you need someone to come in weekly to perform accounting functions such as bill paying and payroll services.

Or you may wish to do the ongoing accounting yourself, but would like someone to come in and review your financial statements quarterly and assist you with the tax preparation.

Call us at (603) 834-1271, or visit our “Contact Us” page to book your free initial consultation, get directions, or leave an email.  Whatever your needs, we will help you determine the accounting plan that fits your time and budget constraints!
