Our offices are located in The Picker Building behind the One Washington Street Mill building in Dover, NH. The easiest access to our offices during normal business hours is to park in front of the One Washington Street Mill building and follow the bulleted directions below, or call us at (603) 834-1271, and we will be glad to meet you in the One Washington Street Mill building lobby to escort you to our offices. Please note that you will need to call for us to either meet you at the lobby door, or to obtain an access code to enter the building, after 5 PM on weekdays or for appointments scheduled during the weekend.
Central Avenue to Washington Street
- 2 hour metered parking on street via Park Kiosks – see other Parking options below
- Facing building enter Main Entrance
- Take elevator to third floor
- Turn right off elevator
- Turn left at end of hall, walk to end of hall
- Enter Artist’s studio lobby
- Hang immediate right, first door on right, #301
- Pay to Park Kiosks are in front of the mill building.
- The mill also has 20 free visitor spaces. These 2 hour visitor spaces are located behind Smiley’s (dirt lot across from One Washington Street) and are marked with Washington Street Mill signage. The two hour limit will be strictly enforced and violators of the allotted time will be towed at their own expense. Be sure you are in a slot marked with our mill signage. The remainder of the lot is by permit only. Anyone found parking in a permit area without a tag will be towed by the owner of the lot.
- All on-site parking spaces, tagged or not, are available for anyone from the hours of
5pm-7am M-F and all day Saturday and Sunday. If you are visiting after 5 PM or on a weekend day, be sure to call our number when you arrive. The mill is typically locked during these hours.
