W-4 Form – Employees report their withholding for Federal Tax

Apply for EFTPS (Electronic Federal Tax Payment System – All tax deposits are required to be made through this electronic payment system
Form W-9 – This should be obtained prior to paying any subcontractors and will be used to issue Form 1099 at year-end ($600 or more in services paid)
